We are currently working regular office hours, offering both Telehealth and in-person sessions.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand  them and change how they impact your life now. Using EMDR and complementary therapy approaches, we will explore long-standing patterns and negative beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
